	Unique to LakeMountain Properties is the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and the Jordanelle Lake Marina. A 3 minute drive delivers you to the Deer Valley Express Gondola which ends at the top of Little Baldy Peak and provides direct access to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. Ticket purchase, rentals and storage are available at the Gondola. Because this gondola is relatively new for the Deer Valley ski resort, you'll enjoy shorter ticket and lift lines!

	The Jordanelle marina is also only 3 minutes away and offers boat and jet ski rentals, as well as pro-shop, convenience store, and marina grill. Wind boarders and kite surfers also enjoy cruising the lake and early morning fishing is said to be some of the best in the state.
