Since 1981, the Sundance
Film Festival has brought thousands to Park City, Utah to experience
films such as Napoleon Dynamite, The Blair Witch Project, Clerks,
and many more. Movie buffs and movie stars alike gather for the
excitement the Sundance Film Festival brings.
Sundance began in Salt Lake City in 1978 as the Utah/US Film
Festival in an effort to attract more filmmakers to Utah.
In 1981, the festival moved to Park City, Utah and since then has
gained international attention. Thousands swarm the Park City streets
to get a glimpse of famous actors and new films.
