very competitive for Park City accommodations and we offer
additional Park City Lodging Specials
that are hard to pass up. Comparable Deer Valley condos cost
much more on a nightly basis and don't offer in-unit kitchens,
laundry and the incredible views of the Jordanelle lake.

 Location:
In a world where noise is constant and crowds seem ever present, we
offer a retreat of peace and serenity where the crickets sing free
and the deer graze in the trees. Now that may sound a bit far
fetched to some...but it's not. Our idea of a crowd is too many
birds overhead, or three deer out the front window.
Our condo was a great location
for
all we did and we enjoyed being away from the 'crowd'.
The hot tub was awesome!
We also saw a momma and baby
moose from the kitchen window. All in
all, a delightful stay!"

Our Park City
condos are nestled in-between all of the local attractions, yet far
enough away to feel the soothing benefits of nature. You are able to
access the Deer Valley ski resort within minutes as the
Express Gondola is
located just West of our Park City accommodations and the
Jordanelle Reservoir is just
to the East.
Downtown Park City is
only a few minutes away and a short drive will get you to The
Canyons ski resort or even Downtown Salt Lake City. Better yet, we
have incredible year-round views of one of Park City's most scenic
areas.

Trust: Over
the years,
we have earned the confidence and trust of hundreds of guests from
various cities, states and countries around the world as they have
come to the Park City Utah and Deer Valley Utah area to ski, shop or enjoy
the Sundance Film Festival. We earn repeat business by having clean
units, working appliances and the basic staples to make your stay
enjoyable. We advise that if you see a date open on the
reservation calendar that you are interested you request it right
away - many of our guests will make reservations a year in advance.
What
a nice place to stay! We enjoyed the Jordanelle
Reservoir, the clubhouse, pool, Park City and Heber City.
